Since 2009 we have been helping thousands of workers through the sometimes-complicated process of obtaining revision materials, access to test centres, card applications and further related employment qualifications.

We are here to put all your eggs into one basket and charge an admin fee above the charges made by going direct. This charge is probably less than making multiple phone calls and arranging postage of revision materials etc and we think it only fair that you know in advance before booking with us.

PAYMENTS REFUNDS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

All payments made to us are for our service, these include transaction fees, administration fees, and other supplied costs. None of which are taken into account should a refund be due.

We will refund in full if:
We make an error in your booking beyond availability of any service.

We will refund in part if:
You cancel a service outside of three working days of the service appointment date.

We won’t refund if:
You cancel a service inside of two working days of the service appointment date.

You make an error in your booking or purchase of any service.

You do not arrive at the location of your course/test/appointment for your scheduled course/test/appointment time.

You did not go to an appointment because you did not get an email.

You provide the wrong  or unacceptable Identification Document(s).

The Level 1 Health Safety and Environment Final Exam in Construction is only delivered online, it is not available at a test centre, once paid for the portal becomes yours, and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

You have ordered revision material which has been dispatched.

You demonstrate serious misconduct in your communications, digitally, online or in person at a test centre.

You have confirmed an incorrect name detail.

You have started any online service beyond initial login.

OUR SERVICES

We supply a Test Centre Attendance Appointment / Booking Request from you for CITB Tests and or a online course and or exam provision.

All booking slot requests such as date time or location via our appointment request system are not and cannot be guaranteed due to availability, the date/time/location may be unavailable, we will then email you a booking time which may differ due to actual availability however we will do our best to provide to the best of our ability the date time and location you requested. 

If the date requested is not available we will offer you the next available date by telephone to you (our presentation number is 08452695892), if we cannot get an answer from you, we will leave a message and then make the booking for the next date/time/location and email the details of that alternative booking to you.

If you do not contact us by return email or telephone at least one working day before the date provided we must assume you are happy with our suggestion and this will become the confirmed booking slot, it cannot be changed on the suggested date of the booking, and another request will have to be made and paid for.

We will make one reschedule free of charge if you come back to us one working day before the made appointment, further reschedules will be chargeable at £20.00 payable in advance but do not include the same day as the appointment.

We will never send you to a test centre out of the opening hours, we are not responsible for opening times shown on websites, search results, directories or any information not confirmed by us, our admin opening times do not reflect test centre schedules.

All requests to us will be adhered to as above.

Identification Document Requirements

  • You must provide one form of Primary Identification from the list below, showing your full name, date of birth and a recognisable photograph and signature.
    • Passport (UK or International)
    • Photocard Driving Licence (UK or European)
    • Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) or Biometric Residence Card (BRC) only to be used as primary ID with a signature

Only original of Identification Documents will be accepted, photos, photocopies etc will not be accepted.

While every effort is made by us to ensure your name date of birth and all other personal details required match your identification at the time of booking, it is most important that you check the details on the confirmation email once received and inform us by return of any errors, whether ours, yours or any other party that provided the details, a refund will not be given for details unchecked or uncorrected.

If you have a ‘waiver form’ it is your absolute responsibility to ensure it is filled out correctly and you have the acceptable supporting documents.

Being turned away from a test / exam session / centre for incorrect, invalid, incomplete, non-original identification, incorrect details, or any other reason, will mean you will have to repay to be rebooked, and is excluded from any refund.

TURN UP

It is your responsibility to ensure that you must arrive at the course centre at least fifteen minutes before the course/test/appointment time.

No party will accept responsibility if you arrive late or fail to arrive due to any circumstance.

Your full paid fees will not be refundable if you do not arrive at the location of your course/test/appointment for your scheduled course/test/appointment time.

You pay us for a seat/course/test/appointment at a test centre, this is our service, we will try to contact you via the details you provide such a phone (our presentation number is 08452695892), and or an email address. After we have made an attempt you will be entered on our database system and you will need to contact us further to re-arrange your appointment.

Conduct at the Test Centre

You cannot take anybody in to the Test Centre with you.

Test Centres cannot accommodate or store large personal items and they cannot securely store candidates’ bicycles (or other modes of transportation). These must be stored outside the premises at your own risk. Any small, personal items you are carrying (such as keys, phones, bags, watches and wallets) must be stored in a personal locker provided at the Test Centre.

You must not refer to any document during the Test. All Test Centres have CCTV and all Tests are recorded for security and fraud detection or investigation purposes. Any misconduct during the Test will result in the Test being stopped, your result being void and the your Test Fee being forfeited. Any candidates demonstrating serious misconduct, including cheating, may forfeit their right to take a further Test. In addition, CITB reserves the right to revoke a Test pass if it reasonably suspects that the candidate has been involved in or is linked to any misconduct, fraud or cheating.

Communication:

We will only contact you via email or phone (our presentation number is 08452695892), details provided which may not be yours if booked by another party, we cannot and will not accept responsibility for emails not read by you, not seen by you, or going into your spam junk email folders. You accept that email is our preferred method of communication and as such should take all responsibility for receipt, if you feel an email has not been received you must call or email us to request a re-send.

You do not need to take an email with you to the test centre, it is only a confirmation of your details.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR VIDEO TILE SERVICES

Before starting a Level 1 Health Safety and Environment Final Exam in Construction please ensure you are aware of the following:

THE EXAMINATION WILL ONLY RUN ON:

  • DEVICE: A WINDOWS LAPTOP or PC
  • OPERATING SYSTEM: MS Windows 10 or above
  • BROWSER: EDGE Up to date
  • A WEB CAM & MICROPHONE allowing full access during exam
  • VIDEO: Up to date video drivers
  • MEMORY: 8GB+ RAM
  • INTERNET:
    • Download Speed: Broadband (15Mb+) Test yours here: www.speedtest.net we recommend a hard wire instead of Wi-Fi
    • Upload Speed: 10MBs (To ensure video)

We recommend that you run any system updates before starting, to ensure that your device updates or reboots do not interfere with the delivery of the exam.

The accepted IDENTIFICATION WHICH MUST BE IN DATE which will need to be presented before the exam starts via web cam is either a:

  • Photocard Driving Licence
  • A Valid UK Passport

Your exam timer will start when you press the “OPEN” button after completing the equipment check it cannot be paused or stopped.

If your name is incorrect you can CHANGE IT ONLY ON YOUR FIRST LOGIN, we are unable to do so afterwards under any circumstances.

ONLINE EXAM RULES:

  1. No talking or reading questions out loud (even to yourself)
  2. No other web browser tabs or windows to be open
  3. No Eating or Drinking
  4. No Smoking or Vaping
  5. No other devices i.e. mobile phone tablets etc
  6. No Notes
  7. No one else in the room
  8. No Headphones (If your microphone is part of your headset please leave them off and leave them on the desk)
  9. Keep your face within view of the camera at all times

A test failure for any breakage of the rules above or any other will incur a full rebooking charge, a failure due to a unsuccessful score will be charged at 50% of the booking charge.
