This policy form part of our General Terms and Conditions, which by purchasing from us via this website or calling one of our numbers as listed you accept.

All our online items such as revision courses, courses ort tests or exams are personalised to you the end user, this exempts them from The Consumer Rights Act 2015 automatic fourteen day online cooling off purchase period.

How long does the customer have to return an item?

You can return a physical item such as a revision book within fourteen days of notifying us you wish to return it. You can request a cancellation of an online items within seven days of purchase.

The preferred method of informing us of this is by an email, which you should also keep a copy of.


In what condition can items be returned?

All items must be unused and in original packaging. All online services must not have been activated by way of a username or password change or any module started.


Will a refund be issued, and if so, how much and what type (e.g. store credit or refund)?

Refunds for non-faulty or “unwanted” items will incur an administration fee from the total purchase fee as shown on your invoice from us.

Administration fee per item:

CITB Touch Screen Test- £14.20 if cancelled with at least 3 working days before the booked appointment. No refund offered inside 3 working days of the booked appointment.

Online Courses (not including the Level 1 Health and Safety in a construction environment Course)- £5 administration fee per course provided this has not been accessed. No refund offered if the course has been accessed.

Level 1 Health and Safety in a Construction Environment Course- £49 administration fee per course provided this has not been accessed. No refund offered if the course has been accessed.

Posted Revision- £10 administration fee. Refund issued on successful return of product to our offices.

Level 1 Health and Safety in a Construction Environment exam Resit- full refund minus transaction fees (7%) offered if the awarding body have agreed to a free exam resit after purchase.

Card Applications- £15 admin fee. Only offered if card has not been through application process. No refund offered once card has been through application process.

Refunds for faulty items or incorrectly dispatched by us will be given in full. Physical item refunds will be made once the physical item has been returned to us within fourteen days of your notification and must be after inspection to ensure they are unused.

Refunds will only be made to the original purchase method such as the same debit card, PayPal account etc.

All refunds are only payable if we are satisfied the item purchased is either faulty, unused or incorrect to your order.


How do exchanges work?

We do not offer an exchange policy on correctly dispatched items.

A course exchange can be requested but will only be considered as long as the original is unused in any way. Unwanted course exchanges will incur a £10.00 administration charge.


Do you accept returns or refunds for sale items?

We do not treat any item differently whatever the cost or charge and our refund policy is for any item we sell to you.


Who will pay for shipping?

All shipping postage packaging cost involved in a nonfaulty item purchase will be met by the buyer. All items if returned by post must be suitability packaged to avoid damage and by sent by a recorded delivery service.
