Since 2009 we have been helping thousands of workers through the sometimes-complicated process of obtaining revision materials, access to test centres, card applications and further related employment qualifications.
We are here to put all your eggs into one basket and charge an admin fee above the charges made by going direct. This charge is probably less than making multiple phone calls and arranging postage of revision materials etc and we think it only fair that you know in advance before booking with us.

Our RoSPA, IATP, CPD, IIRSM, IFE, Laser, ILM & ETA approved courses are owned by VideoTile Learning Ltd and are distributed under licence.
All courses are paid for in advance.
No course can be cancelled once activated by password by the course taker, this includes third party candidates such as employees where the employer has paid for the course.
At any other time with in 7 days of purchase a course can be cancelled and a full refund given minus a £10.00 administration charge.
All legal disputes related to card processing are handled under English Law
Once a course has been started and technical support is required then you can contact VideoTile Learning via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Recommended Minimum System requirements for all courses are:
• An up to date web browser such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome
• The latest video drivers
• 1Gb+ RAM Memory (excluding video memory)
• A Broadband Download Speed of at least 3MBps you can check this here
Duration times on courses are an estimate based on the amount of video content shown and is rounded off. It does not account in any way for loading time or thinking time on the questions. Please allow yourself at least 25% extra time than stated.
All courses can be paused, if you need to take a break or wish to do part of the course at one time. Exams if taken cannot be paused. Some courses have modules, and you can only go to the next module once the previous module has been completed.
In the event that you fail a module, we can reset it for you, each reset will be charged at £10.00 and can be requested by email or from the course content. This charge will be made against the original purchaser.
All courses will provide you with results and electronic certificates. No hard copies are provided.
General Terms and Conditions for services involving Pearson Vue, CITB and CSCS.
We are an independent third party who will act as your agent for services arranged on your behalf from CITB CSCS and Pearsons Vue and are not to be assumed otherwise.
Policy of Admission to a Pearson Vue Test Centre:
It is very important to wear a face covering at the test centre (if you are exempt you must provide evidence of this), the test centre staff can refuse entry to you otherwise.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you arrive at the course centre at least 15 minutes before the course start time.
No responsibility by us or any other party will be accepted if you arrive late or fail to arrive due to failure of transport, adverse weather conditions or any other circumstance. Your full paid fees will not be refundable if you do not arrive at the location of your course or test for your scheduled start time which must be no less than 15 minutes prior.
Special refund/rescheduling conditions exist if a proven medical emergency is responsible for your delay.
Requirements of Identification at a Pearson Vue Test Centre:
Candidates are required to bring one form of identification listed below bearing a photograph and signature.
· A valid in date UK only driving licence with a photograph of the candidate and the candidate’s signature
· A valid in date passport of any nationality with a photograph of the candidate and the candidate’s signature
If a candidate does not have either one of these then they will need to contact Pearson Vue directly.
Photocopies of ID will not be accepted.
If you do not bring acceptable Identification as required above, you will not be entered into the testing or course process and you would have to repay for a rebooking equal to the original invoice amount form us.
Conduct of Candidates at a Pearson Vue Test Centre
The candidate should not attend a test or course location with anybody unauthorised and with written prior permission.
Personal items should be kept to a minimum as storage of any items is unsecure. Any items you carry into the course or test centre such as keys, phones, bags, etc must be stored in a personal locker provided at the Centre.
Normal exam policies apply during courses and exams, Pearson Vue centres have CCTV and all Tests are recorded for security and detection or investigation of fraud purposes. CCTV footage is retained securely by the test provider depending on the test type for a period of up to two years.
Any misconduct by the candidate during the visit to the centre will result in the candidate being removed from the course and exam process, the candidate’s attendance being void and the candidate’s fee being forfeited.
The exam invigilators will explain how the candidate can attract their attention if the candidate should experience any technical difficulties during the examination process.
Reschedule Policy for in person bookings:
If you wish to reschedule your test you must do this at least 3 working days before your scheduled test day. If you wish to reschedule within three days of your test day there is a fee to do so. You can not cancel or re-schedule a test or visit on the day booked. No refunds will be given for failures to attend on the day for any reason. CSCS Service Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your test without giving 72 hours’ notice please note this time does not include weekends, no refund is payable.
A refund will be paid for cancellations outside of the 72 hour notice not including weekends, period made via our telephone booking line, but will incur a £15.00 administration fee deducted form any refund due.
Refunds will be made by the original payment method credit/debit card refund or by cheque and will be made within 15 days of receipt of valid request. No refund will be given if you paid for a test using a voucher, but you can reschedule as per the reschedule policy if within our permitted reschedule times. You should check with your bank on times to show a credit back to your account.
If you cancel your CSCS card application for whatever reason, then no refund is payable on the full invoice.
If you cancel a group of items items outside of the cancelation period, then we will charge a cancelation fee of £15.00 plus any charges set against us by third parties that you have asked us to make arguments with on your behalf such as Pearsons Vue CITB CSCS or Video Tile and others.
In the event of a cancellation that includes revision material such as that from Video Tile or CBL Distribution, we will not refund any or part of the refund for the revision material.
CITB-ConstructionSkills right to cancel.
CITB-ConstructionSkills reserves the right to cancel (including cancellation on the day of the test without notice) if the Test Centre experiences a problem outside their control (including but not limited to electricity failure, security alert) and in such circumstances you will be offered an alternative test date. In addition, CITB-ConstructionSkills may terminate this Contract (without liability to you) if you are in material breach of any of any of these Conditions.
All candidates will be given written confirmation of whether they have passed or failed the CITB Construction Tests. These score reports, regardless of test result will also indicate areas of weakness where all questions in that subject were not answered correctly.
If a candidate fails, he or she will not be allowed to re-sit any exam within 48 hours.
If you require a duplicate pass certificate and you have booked with us directly, please call on 0845 269 5892. Duplicate pass certificates incur a £20 administration fee.
You can of course deal with CITB, Pearsons VUE or CSCS directly but If you have booked directly or used a service directly, we will be unable or allowed due to data protection to assist you in any query.
No organisation connected to your booking will be held responsible for expenses incurred beyond the cost of the test, including but not limited to travel expense and lost wages on the day of the test.
