Lines are open from 08:00 to 18:00 Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the booking phone lines are not open on Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Make sure you do the following on the day of the test:

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your test starts.
  • Bring your confirmation booking email or letter.
  • Bring your in date valid UK Passport and or Driving Licence as confirmed at the time of booking, remember no ID no Test no Refund or Reschedule.
  • After your test, you must keep your Score Report safe as it has important information on it relating to your card application.
