Make sure you do the following on the day of the test:
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your test starts.
- Bring your confirmation booking email or letter.
- Bring your in date valid UK Passport and or Driving Licence as confirmed at the time of booking, remember no ID no Test no Refund or Reschedule.
- After your test, you must keep your Score Report safe as it has important information on it relating to your card application.

Bus
There are several bus lines that stop near Dale End. These are: 14, 33, X51, 907, 937A, and X518. The nearest bus stops are on Upper Corporation Street, Old Square, and Prior Queensway Colmore Circus, all of which are a 2-4 minute walk from the test centre.
Train
The nearest railway station to the centre is Birmingham Snow Hill Train Station which is approximately 8 minutes’ walk away (0.4 miles).
Other Information
Full disabled access available. The disabled entrance can be accessed through the Mclaren Building where there is an entrance bell and staff who can arrange access to the test centre. If approaching the main entrance to the Pearson Vue building, turn right as you approach the front door and head towards the bridge. There is a ramp on the left before you go under the bridge leading to the McLaren Building. The test centre has no waiting facilities for people accompanying candidates.
