Please make sure you have read and understood our standard booking terms and conditions before you make the booking by calling the number above or booking online you are confirming you have done this in advance.

Lines are open from 09:00 to 17:00 Mondays to Fridays, and from 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. Please note that the booking phone lines are not open on Bank Holidays.

Make sure you do the following on the day of the test:

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your test starts.
  • Bring your confirmation booking email or letter.
  • Bring your in date valid UK Passport and or Driving Licence as confirmed at the time of booking, remember no ID no Test no Refund or Reschedule.
  • After your test, you must keep your Score Report safe as it has important information on it relating to your card application.
